About the Addon
The purpose of developing this functionality was to use the digital signatures in certain important documents and reports in the organization.
Following are some of the pre-requisites:
- Smart Card
- Password for Authentication
- Folder structure is also required which is further mentioned in setup
Currently this Digital Signature functionality is made on Posted Sales Invoices Only.
About the Solution Setup
Just Double Click on CD Drive of Digital Signature to Install Digital Signature in the System
For Doing User Setup, Go to Departments → Administration → Application Setup → Users → User Setup
- Add User in this Setup
- Add Authorized users in the Digital Signature User List
- Select Digital Signature User List
- Fill up the Signature Position for where the Signature required to Print.
- Fill up the DSC Information as per Digital Signature.
- Fill up Signature Path, please make Proper Setups for the Signature Path
- Encrypted Key Information
- Adding Authorized users in Digital Signature user list
- Selecting Digital Signature user list
- Signature positioning required in the print document
DSC information Filling
- Signature path Assignment
- Document Selection for the print
- Strengthen Security, as an electronic signature is more secure form of preserving confidential information
